Implement, enhance and optimize SAP Finance (FI/CO) processes in a complex, regulated banking environment. Lead discovery and define product and integration requirements for a digital insurance platform. Manage backlog and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories, API specs, and test scenarios. Coordinate stakeholders, validate integrations and support UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless system-to-system interactions and operational adoption.

Lead design and implementation of Java 17 backend applications and microservices. Ensure high-quality, tested code, collaborate with DevOps for containerized CI/CD deployments, use event-driven architectures (Kafka), optimize relational DB interactions, mentor engineers, run reviews, and responsibly apply AI coding tools to accelerate development.
