The role requires strong software engineering, AI-assisted development, LLM integration, AI evaluation, production support, observability, and stakeholder communication skills.

Conducts hands-on experimentation and rapid prototyping with AI agents, LLM integrations, evaluation methods, and AI-assisted development. Defines experiments, assesses model outputs and failure modes, and translates findings into engineering standards for the organization’s AI SDLC. The role also produces documentation, collaborates on architecture and consulting efforts, and supports practical AI adoption across delivery teams while considering security, privacy, observability, and production requirements.

Administer and improve security infrastructure, including Microsoft Sentinel, Elastic Stack, enterprise firewalls, and EDR platforms. Responsibilities include SIEM rule creation, security use-case development, incident triage, log ingestion and analytics, firewall policy hardening, traffic analysis, endpoint threat detection, and incident response. The role collaborates with SOC and IT teams to support banking-sector security and regulatory compliance.
