Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement .NET web applications. Troubleshoot production issues, integrate APIs (REST/RPC), maintain applications using the .NET Framework, lead development tasks, and produce technical documentation and feasibility analyses.

Provides clinical, operational, and technical expertise for federal enterprise imaging environments. Assesses radiology and cardiology operations, PACS/RIS infrastructure, imaging workflows, interoperability, staffing, quality processes, and technical support models. Develops modernization recommendations, workflow optimizations, architecture documentation, performance models, and change-management plans. Supports proposal development, solicitation activities, and stakeholder coordination. Requires extensive enterprise imaging informatics, PACS administration, DICOM, healthcare integration, federal healthcare, and security compliance experience.

Conduct intelligence research and risk analysis using open and nontraditional data sources. Assess biometric technologies, identity information risks, data-sharing regulations, and emerging technology impacts. Advise law enforcement on risk assessment and operational planning, monitor biometric deployments, develop reports and training materials, and brief senior leadership. The role requires TS/SCI clearance or higher and supports a federal government client in Northern Virginia.
