Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including high-volume sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate tracking, and offer management. Coordinate hiring processes with founders and hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and support executive scheduling, project follow-up, internal coordination, and special projects across HR, operations, and research. This is an in-person startup role in New York City.

Supports the executive team as a strategic advisor, coordinates cross-department communication, manages CEO-directed initiatives, prepares reports and presentations, leads meetings, tracks action items, and assists with company policies and procedures.

Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather and document stakeholder requirements, and produce reports and presentations using PowerPoint. Support business solutions, strategies, business cases, and project plans while conducting market research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.
