Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns: recruit and onboard creators, manage partnerships and content, audit for FTC compliance, track and analyze performance, provide client-facing reporting and strategic recommendations, and manage multiple client portfolios to meet KPIs.

Owns vision and outcomes for affiliate client services, including P&L, org design, team leadership, resource allocation, and profitability. Ensures premium program execution and client satisfaction, drives AI adoption and operational efficiencies, partners cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Operations, People, Marketing), and scales affiliate delivery globally while managing margins and risk.

Lead and own the affiliate client services organization, setting vision, structure, and P&L accountability. Drive team performance, profitability, client satisfaction, and AI-driven delivery transformation. Partner cross-functionally on strategy, sales, marketing, and operations while building scalable processes, overseeing resource allocation, and ensuring high-quality program execution and organizational stewardship.
