Teams at Acceleration Academies

Lead an academy’s instructional and operational activities, manage educators and support staff, drive enrollment, retention, academic progress, compliance, and graduation outcomes. Build relationships with district, community, and family partners; oversee staffing, scheduling, safety, budgets, data analysis, individualized learning plans, and student interventions. The role requires an onsite leader committed to re-engaging underserved young adults and supporting postsecondary success.

Coordinates site-based Florida state testing, including FAST, EOC, registration, scheduling, room and technology preparation, participation tracking, make-up testing, compliance documentation, and reporting. Communicates requirements to students and staff, identifies candidates needing intervention, supports proficiency efforts, and represents the academy in district testing communications. The role is onsite in Florida with occasional travel between nearby academy sites.

Leads academy operations and instruction for students re-engaging with high school. Oversees enrollment, retention, academic progress, compliance, staffing, school culture, student interventions, and stakeholder relationships. Coaches educators, analyzes data, manages learning plans and graduation documentation, coordinates with districts and community organizations, and ensures effective site operations across academy locations.
