Lead finance and accounting for a growing multi-location dental partnership organization. Responsibilities include managing the finance team, overseeing accounting, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, banking, and financial systems; supporting acquisitions and integrations; building scalable processes and KPIs; advising executives and partner doctors; and driving financial strategy, profitability, and growth.

The Portfolio Controller owns month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance reviews for a portfolio of dental practices. The role partners with doctors and practice leaders to explain financial results, identify profitability and cash-flow opportunities, strengthen controls, standardize reporting, and support audits and practice integrations. Responsibilities combine accounting, variance analysis, dental unit economics, operational decision support, and implementation of performance improvements across multiple locations.
