Maintains Microsoft Defender security services for a DoD customer, including EDR, antivirus, attack surface reduction, cloud protection, SIEM integrations, cross-platform endpoint security, WDAC, DLP, dashboards, reporting, and compliance procedures. Monitors alerts and security posture, investigates issues, applies approved policies and waivers, and escalates anomalies to engineering teams.

Lead comprehensive quality assurance testing for hardware, software, and integrated IT asset management solutions supporting the Air Force EITaaS program. Design and execute functional, regression, integration, performance, system, and UAT testing. Validate ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM workflows, asset data, integrations, reporting, and CMDB consistency. Manage defects and test reporting using Jira or ServiceNow ITSM, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to test automation and CI/CD integration.
