Lead Accela’s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 implementation, certification, and ongoing ISMS maintenance. Manage risk assessments, controls, policies, evidence, audits, remediation, and certification readiness using Drata. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across security, IT, engineering, legal, HR, finance, and other teams. Drive compliance documentation, reporting, continual improvement, and alignment with SOC 2, GovRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, CIS Controls, and PCI DSS.

Leads customer requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, business process modeling, solution configuration, and implementation documentation. Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, and configuration decisions while coordinating with technical, data, and integration teams. Supports scope management, testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness. Guides customers toward standard solutions and best practices, facilitates cross-functional alignment, and contributes to successful enterprise software implementations.

Account Director responsible for managing and growing key accounts, securing new enterprise software business, executing territory and account plans, maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts, and achieving revenue targets. The role develops customer relationships, leads cross-functional sales efforts, supports Account Executives, prepares proposals and RFP responses, and identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the Pacific Northwest territory. Travel exceeding 50% is required.
