Manage projects under PMO oversight by defining objectives, budgets, schedules, roles, requirements, and governance artifacts. Monitor delivery progress, maintain project plans and RAID logs, support Agile/Waterfall stage gating, coordinate meetings and action items, map business processes, document functional requirements, and administer project artifacts in Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. The role also supports PMO administration and continuous process improvement.

Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, account administration, debt and investment management, financial risk mitigation, and treasury compliance. Manage cash forecasts, banking fees, credit facilities, covenant reporting, hedge strategies, and treasury controls. Maintain Kyriba and other banking systems, improve processes through automation, and develop treasury policies and governance practices.

Conduct financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, KPI reporting, and investment assessment. The role provides actionable recommendations to senior management, identifies financial risks and cost optimization opportunities, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to support business growth and financial performance.
