Teams at Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR)

Lead the hands-on analytics engineering function by translating cross-functional business questions into trusted metrics, governed semantic models, and decision-ready analytics. Build and maintain dbt models using SQL and Snowflake, define full-funnel customer lifecycle measurements, establish data quality standards, guide technical priorities, and support executive dashboards in Power BI and Metabase. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance while mentoring a data engineer through architecture and code reviews.

Own and grow a global affiliate partnership network of 50+ partners. Responsibilities include prospecting and signing new affiliates, onboarding partners, managing relationships, conducting QBRs, coaching partners to improve campaign performance, driving revenue growth and retention, negotiating agreements, reporting on pipeline and partner health, and collaborating with Marketing and Sales. This is a quota-carrying role requiring ownership of acquisition and expansion targets.

Manage B2B customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, helping clients implement and scale learning initiatives. Act as a strategic learning consultant, develop impact plans, monitor adoption and customer health, analyze engagement data, support renewals and expansions, and identify growth opportunities. Build relationships with HR stakeholders, present progress and value, provide strategic guidance, gather product feedback, and use generative AI tools to improve workflows and customer insights.
