Teams at Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR)

Own and grow a global portfolio of approximately 175 mid-market clients. Responsibilities include renewals, upselling, client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, proposals, account research, pipeline development, and identifying expansion opportunities using AI tools and CRM data. The role partners closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams, engages HR leaders about AI education, and is accountable for revenue growth and target achievement.

Owns and grows AIHR’s affiliate portfolio while building reseller, consultancy, system integrator, university, and technology partner programs. The role carries a revenue quota, manages partner relationships and QBRs, develops channel strategies, sources and negotiates new partnerships, enables partners, forecasts performance, and presents results to leadership. The manager will restructure existing programs, test new partnership models, and create repeatable B2B revenue channels.

Lead the hands-on analytics engineering function by translating cross-functional business questions into trusted metrics, governed semantic models, and decision-ready analytics. Build and maintain dbt models using SQL and Snowflake, define full-funnel customer lifecycle measurements, establish data quality standards, guide technical priorities, and support executive dashboards in Power BI and Metabase. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance while mentoring a data engineer through architecture and code reviews.
