Provide technical support for applications, systems, and end users; monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, maintain ITSM records, and escalate issues. Assist with deployments, configuration changes, maintenance, server and service health-check automation, and SOX/non-SOX reporting automation. Create support documentation, contribute to post-incident reviews, and collaborate with IT teams during upgrades and releases. This is an in-office role requiring flexible hours and reliable attendance.

Leads software implementation and development across the supply chain technology portfolio. Manages functional and technical teams, enterprise application delivery, vendor relationships, budgets, standards, emerging technology evaluations, and complex solution decisions. The role partners with senior stakeholders, oversees scalable WMS and TMS capabilities, and supports multiple initiatives while maintaining onsite leadership and operational compliance.

Leads the digital development team and oversees front-end technology, UI architecture, reusable components, pattern libraries, responsive web properties, code quality, testing, and software releases. Collaborates with design, product, business, QA, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues, improve usability and performance, evaluate technologies, and deliver scalable, high-quality ecommerce experiences.
