Design test strategy, build/maintain automated and manual test suites (Selenium/UFT), execute integration/end-to-end/regression/report/interface testing, mentor teams, manage defects, and improve QA processes and metrics.

Design, develop, and maintain IBM Sterling OMS features, integrations, and APIs. Collaborate with product, QA, and PM teams in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver solutions, participate in code reviews and testing, and convert business requirements into technical implementations. Support onshore/offshore delivery and contribute to technical design discussions.
