Processes, catalogs, houses, and preserves production art collections, including animation cels, concept art, costume drawings, production design drawings, and storyboards. Creates and cleans metadata records in Axiell Collections, assesses conservation needs, supports research requests, and coordinates material transfers across library departments. The role requires careful handling of fragile materials, archival expertise, and retrieving boxes from high shelving and temperature-controlled vaults.

Provides administrative and communications support to the VP and Communications team, including calendar and travel management, invoices, meetings, events, press monitoring, media inquiries, member communications, talent relations logistics, confidential records, document review, and special projects. The role requires flexibility for fast-paced work, last-minute changes, and occasional nights or weekends.

Lead development, production, and optimization of digital video content across Academy Studios verticals. Manage end-to-end production, oversee in-house and external teams, execute YouTube strategy and metadata optimization, coordinate budgets and timelines, maintain asset libraries, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align content with institutional goals.
