Support daily administrative and technical A/V operations for theaters and events across Academy locations. Lead event A/V, operate lighting and audio consoles, manage digital deliverables, host Zoom meetings/webinars, supervise on-call technicians, maintain Dante and audio-over-IP systems, and travel between sites for events.

Install, mount, secure, and pack artworks for exhibitions; maintain galleries and casework; operate power and woodshop tools; assist curators, registrars, and conservators; perform painting/patching and mock-ups; follow safety protocols on active construction sites.

Lead support, operation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud (Azure/AWS). Manage routing, firewalls, wireless, monitoring/logging, patching, incident response, inter-site interconnects, servers (virtual/physical), and mentor infrastructure team while ensuring performance, security, and lifecycle management.
