Teams at Academy for Urban School Leadership (AUSL)

Recruit prospective teacher residents through outreach, events, partnerships, and digital sourcing. Guide candidates through applications, interviews, admissions, offer acceptance, and orientation while monitoring engagement and attrition risk. Manage candidate relationships, facilitate file and transcript reviews, maintain accurate CRM records in Slate, and use dashboards to track recruitment goals. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and corporate donors to secure five- and six-figure gifts; maintain CRM data and pipeline systems; support executive leadership in donor strategy, briefings, and meetings; plan donor events and create donor-facing materials; partner across teams to drive fundraising goals and stewardship.
