Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and corporate donors to secure five- and six-figure gifts; maintain CRM data and pipeline systems; support executive leadership in donor strategy, briefings, and meetings; plan donor events and create donor-facing materials; partner across teams to drive fundraising goals and stewardship.

Lead cross-functional program operations, provide strategic visibility to the CPO, build SOPs and playbooks, manage partner launches, support talent development, and apply instructional expertise to inform program design and quality.
