Provide end-user IT support via ticketing system, phone, and walk-ins. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, install software and peripherals, document solutions, maintain knowledge base, assist new hires with onboarding, enforce endpoint standards, participate in continuous improvement, and perform occasional local branch travel.

Provide daily support and implementation for treasury management products (RDC, ACH, wires, positive pay, electronic banking). Troubleshoot client issues via phone/email/chat, train clients, assist with audits, monitor fraud/risk, and support product changes while maintaining confidentiality and excellent client service.

Drive new business and profitability for an assigned banking center through outside sales, marketing, community engagement, team supervision, compliance, and ensuring excellent client experience. Meet sales goals, develop local relationships, coordinate with marketing, and manage staffing and operations to maintain secure, compliant, and productive branch operations.
