The Credit Analyst II is responsible for conducting financial analysis of commercial loans, preparing reports, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead and support 8–15 branch banking centers and their managers to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Drive sales execution, coach teams, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve escalated customer issues, oversee hiring and performance management, and collaborate with operations to maintain branch soundness. Travel daily within the region and maintain confidentiality.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will design and implement reports and analytics solutions in Power BI, collaborating with teams to gather data and deliver insights for better decision-making.
