Drives banking center growth through outside sales, lead generation, loan applications, product promotion, account growth, and client relationship development. Supervises and develops banking staff through hiring, coaching, scheduling, evaluations, and performance management. Ensures regulatory compliance, ethical procedures, profitability, information security, and a high-quality client experience. Requires local travel, banking experience, sales management expertise, and NMLS licensing eligibility.

Processes electronic funds transfer investigation claims, researches disputes, evaluates activity, and completes chargebacks under network, regulatory, and company policies. Provides phone and chat support for card products and ATM activity to internal and external clients. Maintains confidentiality, completes required training, meets strict deadlines, and works independently or collaboratively. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, basic software proficiency, a high school diploma, and prior phone or chat-based client service experience.

Performs internal audit fieldwork, plans and executes branch audits, identifies control and compliance issues, prepares audit reports, communicates findings to management, and supports updates to audit procedures. The role requires confidentiality, regulatory knowledge, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and travel of up to 30%.
