Processes lien and collateral releases for commercial and consumer loans, verifies payoff and release conditions, prepares documents for recording, tracks filings, and performs secondary lien perfection activities for titled collateral. Ensures compliance with state requirements, internal policies, and regulatory procedures while managing high-volume workflows. The role also requires notarization, accurate record review, confidentiality, training completion, and use of RPA and AI tools to improve efficiency.

Manages identity and access provisioning and de-provisioning across IAM and ancillary applications. Responsibilities include administering accounts and role-based access, resolving access incidents, supporting audits and security reviews, maintaining automation scripts with the RPA team, processing organizational transfers and banking center changes, reviewing access reports, documenting procedures, enforcing IAM policies, and training new associates.

The Credit Analyst II is responsible for conducting financial analysis of commercial loans, preparing reports, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
