Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the store exterior and car wash area. Duties include trash removal, cleaning fuel dispensers and windows, power washing, snow/ice removal, stocking heavy items, and routine lot maintenance. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage systems including CCTV/security cameras, NVR/DVR, access control, intercom, alarms, and structured cabling. Read blueprints, ensure code/safety compliance, document service work, and maintain tools and company vehicle.
