Provide in-person technical support for hardware, software, and networks; troubleshoot and repair end-user issues; manage Active Directory and device imaging; perform system maintenance and upgrades; document outages; recommend technology improvements; participate in on-call support and other duties as assigned.

Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; manage Active Directory and user provisioning; image and deploy workstations; troubleshoot production outages; perform system maintenance and upgrades; research and recommend technologies; participate in on-call rotation and other IT projects.

Maintain overall cleanliness and safety of the store exterior: pick up trash, empty dumpsters, clean fuel dispensers, power wash lots, shovel snow and apply salt, wash windows, scrub carwash, maintain supplies, and assist with stocking heavy items. Performs other assigned duties.
