Installs, programs, tests, services, troubleshoots, and maintains commercial low-voltage security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, intercoms, structured cabling, and network-connected devices. Reads blueprints and wiring diagrams, completes service documentation, follows codes and safety standards, maintains tools and vehicles, and performs customer service calls. The role requires basic networking knowledge, troubleshooting ability, physical mobility, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides technical support for hardware, software, and network issues through phone, email, and in-person channels. Responsibilities include troubleshooting outages, managing Active Directory users and groups, deploying workstations, onboarding users, maintaining systems, coordinating upgrades, recommending technology improvements, documenting incidents, and participating in on-call support.
