Supports daily farm operations through production and harvest tracking, invoice and timecard reconciliation, shipping documentation, food safety records, vendor coordination, farm map maintenance, telephone and mail handling, and HR documentation and events. The role requires administrative organization, Excel data analysis, accounting knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Field-based sales role driving revenue through new business development, territory planning, and customer relationship management within agricultural and horticultural markets. Manages orders from quote to delivery, coordinates with production and shipping, maintains CRM and inventory systems, provides technical horticultural recommendations, supports forecasting and reporting, and occasionally supervises staff.
