Plans and tracks program resources, timelines, capacity, budgets, risks, and vendor mobilization. Maintains project data, dashboards, and reporting to provide leadership with delivery visibility. Supports PMO process improvements, contingency planning, stakeholder communication, and capacity optimization across distributed teams. Requires strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, visual process modeling, and a bachelor’s degree; project management, resource planning, scheduling, Agile, and data visualization experience are preferred.

Analyzes visual and engineering data from onshore and offshore infrastructure, identifies defects, creates photogrammetric 3D models, performs metrology and quality assurance, interprets technical drawings, prepares engineering and condition assessment reports, and supports asset integrity projects and continuous workflow improvement.
