Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications, scripts, integrations, and workflows. Develop client/server scripts, Service Portal widgets, REST/SOAP integrations, automated tests (ATF), and reports. Promote changes across environments, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot platform issues, and produce technical documentation while working within an Agile team.

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform including ITSM modules, Service Catalog, CMDB, integrations, workflows, and performance analytics. Support upgrades, data imports, MID Server setup, Tier 2/3 incident resolution, UAT testing, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and developers to implement platform improvements.

Drive user adoption through communications, training, documentation, launches, and change management. Analyze product usage metrics, support end-user testing, act as subject matter expert with engineering, and use AI and audio/video tools to improve engagement and product quality.
