Design, build, and optimize growth-focused product features and experiments (A/B tests) to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. Instrument analytics, analyze funnels and user behavior, improve onboarding and conversion paths, optimize performance and SEO, and build internal tools to support marketing, sales, and growth operations. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering and report on experiment outcomes and growth KPIs.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend microservices for a SaaS Customers Social product. Own components end-to-end, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate across teams, participate in agile processes, and provide on-call support. Frontend React/TypeScript experience is desirable.

Design, build, and test AI proofs-of-concept and pilot solutions. Prototype AI-powered apps, integrate LLMs and AI services, implement prompt engineering and RAG, develop APIs, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate AI opportunities while following software engineering best practices.
