Analyze large-scale Human Capital and workforce datasets, develop predictive models, automate data workflows, and build executive HR dashboards using SQL, scripting languages, Tableau, or Power BI. Integrate and validate data from multiple systems, apply AI/ML capabilities, and communicate actionable findings to senior leaders and nontechnical stakeholders. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and supports federal workforce analytics and decision-making.

Develop and execute strategic communications for Air Force enterprise IT operations. Advise senior government and military leaders, create executive briefings, white papers, newsletters, service notifications, and strategic messaging, and coordinate communications across squadrons, installations, technical teams, and mission partners. Translate complex operational information into concise decision-support products, support customer and user experience initiatives, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and identify opportunities to improve IT service awareness and delivery.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data platforms for Intelligence Community missions. Transforms structured and unstructured data using Python, SQL, Scala, or Java; supports ingestion, processing, monitoring, reliability, and data quality. Collaborates with analysts, developers, and data consumers in Agile teams, troubleshoots complex data environments, and translates mission requirements into technical solutions. The role is on-site in Chantilly, Virginia and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
