Defines AI-native engineering strategy, establishes cloud and platform engineering practices, drives DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, SRE, AIOps and engineering automation, and builds internal talent. The role transforms supplier-led delivery, introduces AI-assisted and agentic engineering across the SDLC, establishes standards and governance, manages strategic partners, and delivers measurable improvements in productivity, quality, resilience and cost.

Conducts wholesale credit assessments and sanctioning, analyzes borrower financial and non-financial risks, structures lending solutions, manages a credit portfolio, monitors exposures and delinquent accounts, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, prepares credit committee proposals, maintains credit system data, and mentors junior colleagues.
