Provide business enablement and operational support to Treasury and FM COO teams: analyze financial and headcount data, assist event planning, manage central reports and mailboxes, support vendor onboarding and invoice processing, track KPIs and policies, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and production-ready data pipelines. Work with large datasets, optimize algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable business insights. Maintain data infrastructure and improve model performance and scalability.

Proactively generate and convert SME product leads to meet sales targets, provide hands-on sales support, complete account openings and KYC documentation, resolve SME product queries, ensure operational compliance with KYC/AML and bank policies, and contribute to team development and coverage.
