Leads the vehicle asset finance sales team to achieve revenue and asset growth targets. Develops sales strategies, manages dealership and client relationships, structures and negotiates financing deals, identifies market opportunities, conducts competitor analysis, presents strategic recommendations, and resolves conflicts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Performs independent validation, substantiation, and reporting of Global Markets and Treasury P&L and balance sheet results. Responsibilities include fair-value verification, general ledger reconciliation, trading-limit monitoring, FX analysis, regulatory submissions, month-end processes, management reporting, audit support, and resolving discrepancies between front- and back-office systems.

Leads impairment forecasting, loss strategy, securitization risk operations, capital and risk-weighted asset optimization, and portfolio funding strategies. Partners with collections, finance, treasury, risk management, operations, and executive leadership to improve funding efficiency, loan performance, capital returns, and portfolio outcomes. The role also supports product innovation and manages, coaches, and develops team members.
