Lead and grow Aberdeen's institutional relationships in Malaysia, driving sales, prospecting, pitches and client retention. Manage account plans, coordinate internal stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and use Salesforce to maintain pipeline and reporting. Represent Aberdeen externally to win and expand institutional assets.

The Squad Technical Lead will oversee technical aspects and task management of the squad, ensuring effective delivery of prioritized backlog items and maintaining proper documentation and knowledge management processes.

Second-line operational risk role supporting Investments across APAC. Identify, assess, oversee and report operational risks and controls; partner with first line on risk events, RCSA, remediation and thematic reviews; enable ERMF implementation; produce risk reporting and insights; support ServiceNow risk system, leverage Power BI and MS AI tools, and coach junior staff.
