Leads global HR services delivery across multiple regions, managing advisers, capacity, service quality, SLAs, KPIs, quality assurance, compliance, escalations, and continuous improvement. The role develops team capability, strengthens hire-to-retire processes, uses operational insights and root-cause analysis, and champions responsible adoption of HR technology, AI, and digital tools.

Serve as strategic partner to the Chief Distribution Officer and lead the CDO Office. Drive distribution strategy execution, governance, performance management, executive reporting, leadership communications, transformation initiatives, and organisational effectiveness. Coordinate regulatory oversight, action tracking, planning rhythms, and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and Group functions. Provide insight and recommendations to support decision-making in a regulated financial services environment.

Define testing strategies across unit, API, integration, and end-to-end layers; design automated and exploratory tests for web and mobile applications; improve quality frameworks, CI/CD integration, performance, accessibility, security, and resilience testing; and coach engineering teams on quality practices. The role also explores AI-driven testing techniques and supports quality improvements across agile product squads.
