Support the Managing Partner by planning, organizing, and executing executive-level projects; drive multiple initiatives to completion, liaise with internal teams and vendors, track deadlines and deliverables, and use project management tools and Microsoft Office to report status and streamline workflows.

Provide hands-on class action litigation support across all stages: draft pleadings and discovery, attend hearings/depositions/mediations, manage client contact, participate in settlement negotiations, and organize case files under supervision while developing advocacy, legal writing, and case-strategy skills.

Prepare and appear virtually at WCAB settlement and OSA hearings, maintain and update case files, communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve Orders Suspending Action end-to-end, negotiate split fees, and meet weekly hearing-prep, OSA, and client-communication metrics.
