Conduct statewide provider outreach and relationship-building with physicians, schools, therapists, and community organizations. Schedule and perform in-person visits (~8/day Mon-Thu), track interactions, attend weekly coordination meetings, represent the company at community events, identify new provider opportunities, and promote services via social media.

Provide clinical assessments and ABA services for children and teens with ASD. Conduct intake and functional behavioral assessments, design individualized treatment plans, supervise and train ABA technicians, monitor progress, graph data, and communicate assessment results and recommendations to families. Hybrid role with some in-person assessments in the greater Atlanta area.

Drive provider outreach and community engagement across New Mexico to expand therapy service referrals. Schedule and complete in-person visits, track interactions, attend weekly planning meetings, represent the organization at events, maintain online/social media presence, and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings following BCBA-written treatment plans. Collect data, submit session notes, collaborate with supervisors, attend trainings, and travel to client locations (up to 25%).
