As a Data Engineer, you'll optimize the Data Lake and develop pipelines for data-driven decision-making, collaborating with Data Science for efficiency.

Manage mortgage applications end-to-end, liaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, brokers and customers to obtain documentation, monitor pipelines, resolve blockers, ensure compliance and accurate records. Support operations administration, reporting, data management and process improvements while collaborating with underwriting and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage end-to-end customer complaints in line with FCA standards, providing empathetic communications, conducting root-cause analysis, supporting reporting and MI, and assisting cross-functionally with fraud, chargebacks, payment reconciliation and credit-file disputes.
