Provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in their homes across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Responsibilities include following physician-directed care plans, exercising clinical judgment, maintaining confidentiality, educating patients and caregivers, and delivering compassionate care. Paid training and ongoing clinical support are provided, including specialized tracheostomy and ventilator training.

Leads workforce deployment and service delivery operations for a private duty nursing business. Manages Staffing Coordinators, develops workforce planning and staffing strategies, improves nurse utilization, reduces open patient care hours, analyzes operational data, maintains KPI dashboards, and leads process improvements. Partners with nursing, clinical, talent acquisition, and operations teams while ensuring effective use of workforce management, CRM, scheduling, and reporting systems.
