Provide one-on-one pediatric homecare for children with complex medical needs following physician treatment plans. Demonstrate clinical judgment, maintain confidentiality, educate families, complete case-specific duties, participate in paid training, and optionally create protected social-media content as part of a Nurse Influencer program.

Provide one-on-one pediatric homecare for children with complex medical needs following physician plans and accepted nursing standards. Use clinical judgment, maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA, educate families and caregivers, complete case-specific duties, and optionally create approved social media content as a paid Nurse Influencer.

Provide 1:1 in-home pediatric nursing care for patients with tracheostomies and ventilators. Deliver care per nursing and physician plans, maintain confidentiality, educate patients and caregivers, demonstrate clinical judgment, and follow case-specific requirements. Paid classroom and hands-on training provided; shifts include day, evening, and overnight across several New Jersey counties. Must hold a valid NJ RN or LPN license. New graduates are not eligible.
