Provide one-to-one skilled overnight nursing care for a pediatric patient with a GT, following physician and plan-of-care instructions. Maintain confidentiality, deliver compassionate care, use sound clinical judgment, educate caregivers, and follow case-specific requirements and agency orientation.

Provide 1:1 overnight skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator. Follow physician care plans, maintain confidentiality, educate caregivers, demonstrate clinical judgment, and comply with case-specific requirements and agency protocols.

Provide 1:1 skilled pediatric nursing in patients' homes during night shifts. Duties include safely performing two-person transfers, following physician care plans, delivering compassionate care, maintaining confidentiality, providing caregiver education, and exercising sound clinical judgment. Participate in agency orientation and case-specific requirements.
