Teams at Abound Health

Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, manage provider opportunities through the full sales cycle, generate leads at industry events, maintain HubSpot pipeline records, and collaborate on deal strategy. The representative will build relationships with IDD and personal care providers, respond to inbound leads, and serve as a trusted resource for healthcare software solutions.

Supports daily office operations and clinical team administration by maintaining DSP and client records, tracking notes and timesheets, assisting with training and onboarding, coordinating vendors and supplies, managing communications, organizing events, supporting compliance documentation, and troubleshooting OnTarget and LMS issues.

Build and maintain referral relationships across Pennsylvania, generate client leads, support intake conversions, represent Abound at community events, and track referral performance using CRM and analytics tools. The role provides partner support, coordinates handoffs to intake and care teams, monitors KPIs, and ensures compliance with ethical referral practices and healthcare regulations. It is remote with 50% travel throughout Pennsylvania.
