Provides remote and in-person technical support to automotive engineers, technicians, service advisors, and parts teams. Troubleshoots vehicle concerns, manages technical reports, communicates manufacturer bulletins and recalls, updates maintenance schedules, and prepares recall progress reports. Delivers training on diagnostic scan tools and vehicle systems, maintains special-tool records, updates diagnostic software, supports legacy and current products, and visits branches to assess technical operations.

Manage the Geely product lifecycle and portfolio in Egypt, including model planning, launches, variants, specifications, positioning, pricing support, and competitive analysis. Coordinate with Geely regional and headquarters teams and internal sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions. Lead demand forecasting, volume planning, ordering strategy, and supply alignment to meet customer demand and business objectives.

Represents and grows the Mercedes-AMG business by managing the full automotive sales cycle, achieving targets, conducting personalized product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships with premium customers. The role includes prospecting, needs analysis, CRM updates, promoting financing and trade-in options, coordinating customer handovers, supporting exclusive events, and serving as a Mercedes-Benz brand ambassador.
