Sell Mercedes-Benz vehicles while delivering a premium, personalized customer experience. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, providing financing and leasing solutions, managing CRM pipelines, meeting sales targets, completing documentation, coordinating with finance and aftersales teams, and staying informed about models, competitors, and market trends.

Manage end-to-end purchasing operations in SAP, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, goods receipts, invoice reconciliation, and audit-ready records. Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, vendors, and internal teams to resolve purchasing issues. Prepare sales reports, analyze trends and pipeline data, and maintain dashboards to support commercial decision-making for the Light Mobility division.

Supervise distributor sales teams across the assigned territory, execute sales plans, and achieve volume, coverage, distribution, and product-mix targets. Monitor sales performance, outlet coverage, stock availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor activity. Build distributor and retailer relationships, coach sales representatives, ensure policy and brand compliance, coordinate product availability and deliveries, and provide regular sales and market reports to management.
