Administer and support the organization’s Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, network, server, file, business application, and security environments. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 troubleshooting, manage Windows devices through Intune and Autopilot, support Cisco Meraki infrastructure, assist with Autodesk applications, maintain documentation, and coordinate onboarding, vendors, infrastructure projects, upgrades, and occasional after-hours maintenance.

Designs and models electrical systems for commercial, industrial, correctional, and parks projects. Responsibilities include power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, access control, and security system design; preparing construction drawings, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, specifications, reports, and cost estimates; performing photometric modeling; conducting site visits and field measurements; and supporting other departments.

Manages architectural projects from planning through closeout, leading teams to meet schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations. Coordinates architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and construction administrators; oversees project financial performance, quality control, technical costs, and scope changes. Maintains client relationships, supports business development, prepares proposals, assists with contract negotiations, and may supervise architects, designers, and drafters.
