Support day-to-day operations of an 89-unit affordable housing community: handle clerical tasks, tenant files, rental applications, rent collection, move-ins/outs, recertifications, vendor scheduling, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and deliver resident customer service. Report to Community and Regional Managers and assist with special projects.

Manage Camino Del Mar property to meet company objectives and affordable-housing compliance. Supervise onsite staff; oversee move-ins/outs, unit turns, vendor coordination, maintenance quality control, rent collection, resident certifications (LIHTC, HUD, HOME), documentation, and work with CES to fill units while maintaining positive resident relations.
