Design, build, operate, and scale secure, reliable, cost-efficient cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Develop infrastructure as code, support Kubernetes and microservice environments, collaborate with engineering teams, participate in on-call and incident response, automate operational toil, reduce technical debt, and improve platform reliability using AI-assisted development tools.

Leads deal strategy and deal desk operations for complex enterprise SaaS transactions. Designs pricing, packaging, approvals, and commercial structures; validates non-standard terms; maintains Salesforce data quality; develops AI-enabled quoting and approval workflows; owns deal policies and field enablement; and builds a high-performing deal strategy team in partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Systems, Product, and Order Management.

Leads the global enablement organization across field, technical, customer success, onboarding, certification, and partner programs. Builds role-based learning, AI-powered just-in-time enablement, launch readiness, bootcamps, and feedback systems. Partners with GTM, Product, and Product Marketing leaders to improve ramp time, productivity, multi-product selling, pipeline, and revenue outcomes across a global B2B SaaS organization.
