Manages a portfolio of mid- and major-level donors, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations, and religious organizations. Builds community partnerships, identifies high-capacity prospects, develops funding proposals, represents the organization at external events, and tracks donor activity and pipeline performance in the CRM. Supports regional fundraising strategies, campaigns, revenue goals, and executive engagement with major donors.

Processes accounts payable invoices, payments, utility vendor files, checks, employee expense reports, and Visa card transactions. Performs ERP data entry, invoice and purchase order matching, payment administration, vendor inquiry resolution, and compliance reviews. Provides Treasury backup and supports accurate, timely financial operations while handling confidential information. This is a hybrid position requiring work at the Watertown, Wisconsin office 1–2 days per week.
