Own finance operations including payroll, contractor payments, expenses, reconciliations, monthly close support, and financial data accuracy across US and LATAM systems. Build leadership dashboards and recurring reports covering revenue, pipeline, utilization, retainer health, and cash. Define business metrics, monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and provide analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions. The role also establishes scalable finance and reporting processes in a growing remote organization.

Drive AI and software programs from planning through launch by managing schedules, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate backend, frontend, ML/AI, and data workstreams; identify blockers and integration gaps; track delivery health; and maintain clear documentation. The role requires technical fluency in software development and AI/ML concepts, strong organization, Agile experience, and effective English communication in a fast-moving remote environment.

The Principal AI Engineer will lead the design and deployment of AI systems, drive AI strategies, and mentor teams. They require extensive experience in building AI solutions and integrating ML with applications, alongside strong leadership skills.
