Lead day-to-day facility operations as primary ABM contact: manage critical infrastructure, CMMS accuracy, budgets, access control, change control, MOP/SOP/EOP, and preventative maintenance. Oversee daily operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), lead and train engineering/maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance, safety, inspections, vendor coordination, inventory, work orders, and staff scheduling to ensure system performance and safety.
