Directs Goodwill West Texas’s fiscal functions, including accounting controls, budgeting, tax and audit activities, financial reporting, payroll, cash management, insurance negotiations, accounts receivable, and government reporting. Serves as second in command to the President/CEO and provides financial information for strategic decisions. Oversees accounting, payroll, and e-commerce staff while hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching direct reports.
