The role also supports platform sustainment, provisioning, profile management, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across worldwide locations.

Maintains and improves CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, autoscaling, authentication, logging, monitoring, configuration management, security hardening, and vulnerability testing. Supports AWS and OpenShift deployments, collaborates with security and authorization teams, participates in SAFe and Scrum processes, validates engineering tasks, maintains documentation, and provides on-call support across classified networks and security domains.

Designs, deploys, operates, and sustains VMware NSX-T and Cloud Foundation networking across enterprise and mission environments. Manages NSX clusters, overlays, routing, firewalls, microsegmentation, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, certificates, backups, and lifecycle operations. Produces engineering documentation, implementation plans, and security artifacts; provides Tier 3 support and mentors junior engineers in highly regulated intelligence-community environments.
