Lead full financial, payroll, statutory and reporting activities for the Italy Services entity. Manage general ledger, VAT, taxes, payroll coordination, cash, audits, intercompany transactions, budgeting, and a small local finance team.

Responsible for achieving B2B sales targets across Spain and Portugal by developing and managing relationships with tour operators, travel agents and wholesalers. Plan and execute sales campaigns, record activities in CRM, produce reports (Power BI), attend roadshows and trade events, convert leads, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client needs and revenue goals.

Lead fundraising and donor engagement by developing donor strategies, cultivating relationships, managing eTapestry CRM, preparing proposals/reports, building fundraising processes, and supporting institutional, corporate, and individual giving to advance global programs.
