Lead a five-person transactional finance team and oversee accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, prepaid cash cards, intercompany accounting, payment runs, creditor ledgers, and financial controls. Manage month-end balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger revaluations, system integrations, reporting uploads, audits, and finance transformation projects across multiple travel brands.

Leads daily accounting operations, monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and tax reporting support. Manages and mentors accounting staff, ensures GAAP compliance, partners cross-functionally, and improves accounting processes and reporting efficiency. Requires a hands-on leader with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA certification, advanced Excel skills, and at least six years of progressive accounting experience.

The Senior Staff Accountant supports general ledger activities, close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax reporting, and variance analysis. The role partners with accounting teams on process improvements and special projects across domestic and international operations. Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, accounting software experience, analytical ability, and excellent organization and communication are required.
