Manage and grow sales across the Western U.S. territory for Abercrombie & Kent luxury travel products. Develop agency relationships, prospect for new business, meet revenue targets, deliver training and presentations, represent the brand at trade shows and consumer events, coordinate regional sales activities, maintain CRM and reporting systems, and provide market intelligence. The role requires 60% travel, regular driving, international destination knowledge, and residence in San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, or Denver.

Sell and curate bespoke luxury travel itineraries for travel agents and direct clients. Manage client relationships from inquiry through booking and on-ground support, provide exceptional service, resolve issues, develop new business, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events. The role requires luxury travel expertise, FIT experience, sales ability, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with booking, CRM, and Amadeus systems.

Supports and improves global finance systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Responsibilities include user support, issue investigation, testing, documentation, training, process automation, system configuration, finance-process support, data migration, and integrations with reservation, property management, payment, treasury, purchasing, and reporting platforms. The role collaborates with Finance, IT, operations, and external partners across multiple countries.
