Coordinate luxury European travel itineraries by booking ground services, liaising with suppliers, tour leaders, sales offices, and travel advisors, and managing changes. Control tour costs, margins, payments, commissions, and financial data while preparing documentation and addressing customer service issues. The role also includes quality control, office duties, special projects, on-call coverage, and occasional familiarisation or business travel.

Provide administrative and operational support for shore excursions, turnarounds and land programs: booking entry, reconfirmations, rostering guides, supplier liaison, pier support on ship days, and assist with sustainability reporting and ad-hoc tasks.

Lead full financial, payroll, statutory and reporting activities for the Italy Services entity. Manage general ledger, VAT, taxes, payroll coordination, cash, audits, intercompany transactions, budgeting, and a small local finance team.
