Serve as floor supervisor driving in-store customer experience and sales. Coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, manage visuals and inventory, perform opening/closing routines, and uphold company culture and asset protection.

Lead floor operations and customer experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, operating POS, fulfilling omni orders, maintaining visual displays, managing inventory and loss prevention, analyzing reports to drive sales, and supporting opening/closing routines.

Provide friendly, inclusive customer service, assist with styling and product needs, maintain sales floor presentation, process transactions, and support omni-channel order fulfillment (in-store pickup, ship-from-store, Save the Sale). Maintain organization, attendance, and operational tasks.
