Executes seasonal in-store marketing strategy by managing marketing orders, content reviews, translations, audits, reorder channels, QR-code work, and new store opening coordination. Partners with visual, store operations, procurement, design, international teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Supports elevated brand experiences and Kids campaign delivery by maintaining calendars, coordinating deliverables, managing meetings, tracking approvals, and ensuring accurate execution across concurrent deadlines.

Provides welcoming customer service, product and styling guidance, sales-floor maintenance, checkout support, and fulfillment of online orders. Maintains organized store presentation, processes purchases and returns accurately, and balances customer engagement with operational tasks. Requires reliability, attention to detail, strong organization, and fluent English; Dutch is optional.

Leads floor and store operations while ensuring quality customer experiences. Supervises and coaches Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, supports opening and closing routines, operates POS systems, fulfills omnichannel orders, drives sales, maintains visual displays, analyzes reports, controls inventory, and protects store assets. Requires English and German fluency at CEFR B2 level, strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus, fashion awareness, flexibility, and at least one year of preferred retail experience.
