Lead floor supervisor responsible for delivering excellent in-store customer experience, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving sales, operating POS, managing omni orders, visual merchandising, inventory control, and performing opening/closing routines.

Build and maintain customer reporting, data pipelines, curated datasets, and semantic models using Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI. Analyze customer behavior, create dashboards and scorecards, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Technology to deliver actionable insights.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders including complex calendar and travel management, communications, meeting coordination, presentation development, event planning, basic financial administration, and ad-hoc life-management tasks.
