Manage the staff development program for a long-term/sub-acute skilled nursing center: onboard and train new hires, facilitate ongoing clinical and regulatory education, ensure compliance and credentialing, mentor nursing staff, and coordinate learning initiatives with nursing leadership and HR.

Support the Business Office by assisting the manager with AR/AP, billing and collections, month-end closings, deposits, and accounting controls. May supervise in manager's absence and ensure timely, accurate posting and processing of transactions.

Oversee accounts receivable for a long-term care nursing center: bill Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care; manage collections, bad debt reserves, write-offs, month-end close, and supervise the Business Office Coordinator to ensure timely, compliant reimbursement and accounting.
