Serve as a TPS facilitator onsite with customers to assess operations, lead continuous improvement projects, apply Lean/TPS tools, coach teams, run training/workshops, and implement measurable process improvements across warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Generate qualified sales opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and networking; conduct market research; engage prospects and schedule qualified meetings; maintain CRM records; collaborate with sales and technical teams to move leads into the pipeline; stay current on industry trends and support additional business development initiatives.

Lead post-sale advanced technology projects from order through completion, serving as primary customer contact. Manage schedules, IT assessments, network testing, hardware installations, invoicing, logistics, and ongoing customer support. Coordinate internal teams and vendors, resolve issues, conduct project reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
