The Manager will lead Abel Womack's Automated Solutions sales strategy, assess customer needs, design automation solutions, and oversee proposal development and client relationships.

Serve as a TPS facilitator onsite with customers to assess operations, lead continuous improvement projects, apply Lean/TPS tools, coach teams, run training/workshops, and implement measurable process improvements across warehouse and manufacturing environments.
