Supports the employee lifecycle through recruiting, interview coordination, ATS tracking, onboarding, employee communications, benefits administration, performance management, leave paperwork, HR events, and special projects. Maintains confidentiality while answering employee questions and supporting site and corporate HR initiatives. Requires periodic travel.

Supports project engineering through planning, documentation, scheduling, database and dashboard development, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The intern will evaluate database solutions for metric tracking, implement reporting tools, document alternatives and recommendations, and contribute to projects improving efficiency and execution. The role requires strong organization, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and data analysis skills.

Supports supply chain operations through receiving, organizing, cycle counting, and issuing warehouse materials. Assists with procurement, inventory management, logistics, planning, reporting, supplier activities, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects. The intern will identify process improvements, evaluate scan gun technologies, and help maintain accurate, efficient material flow with limited oversight.
