Supports engineering and design departments through part number and BOM maintenance, engineering change processing, document and data control, process documentation, reporting, meeting coordination, onboarding support, and cross-functional workflow administration. The role helps standardize and improve engineering processes, tracks work and action items, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across sites. It is a full-time onsite position with required domestic and international travel as needed.

Provides ERP implementation, configuration, testing, training, Tier 1 user support, troubleshooting, business process analysis, and project documentation. The role facilitates collaboration between business users and technical teams, scopes customizations, writes SQL queries, supports Infor Syteline and related technologies, and develops system solutions. This is a full-time onsite position in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with potential on-call technical support and travel when required.
