Design, develop, test, deploy and support agentic AI and RPA solutions. Collaborate with clients to translate business processes into automated, agent-driven workflows, integrate APIs and services, perform end-to-end testing, provide L1-L3 support, and document BRDs/PDDs/SDDs and agent design artifacts. Deliver solutions onsite and remotely, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and follow change and incident management processes.

Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps) and Power Automate workflows using Dataverse. Emphasize UI/UX, integrate with Microsoft 365/Azure and third-party systems, build dashboards (Power BI), conduct testing and training, ensure governance/security, and provide post-implementation support and optimizations. May build RPA automations with UiPath or Blue Prism.

Design, develop, test, deploy and support RPA solutions using Power Automate and UiPath. Serve as business analyst, developer, trainer and L1-L3 support. Create BRD/PDD/SDD, perform testing/UAT, integrate via APIs and RDBMS, migrate automations, and follow incident/change management and SDLC best practices.
