Design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise AI applications and single- or multi-agent solutions. Build LLM and RAG pipelines, backend APIs, integrations, evaluation frameworks, security controls, and monitoring. Convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions, industrialize POCs, troubleshoot performance, document architectures, and provide stakeholder communication, consulting, and knowledge transfer. The role requires frequent domestic, regional, and international travel.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications and agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Python, and orchestration frameworks. Translate business needs into scalable AI architectures, integrate agents with enterprise systems and data, industrialize POCs, and implement security, governance, monitoring, and evaluation. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, provide consulting and knowledge transfer, and support continuous optimization. The role requires strong communication, consulting skills, Mandarin and/or Bahasa proficiency, and travel of 50% or more.

Designs, develops, and deploys Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse architectures, Copilot Studio agents, and AI integrations. The role supports proof-of-concept engagements, ALM, governance, security, integrations, documentation, knowledge transfer, and client delivery through stabilization. It requires translating business requirements into scalable solutions and collaborating directly with client and business stakeholders.
