Designs and delivers end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs. Leads requirements gathering, integration architecture, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and issue resolution. Provides guidance to developers and delivery teams while supporting presales discovery, solution estimation, proposals, and client presentations. Works independently with business and technical stakeholders across Salesforce clouds and integration environments.

Analyzes and profiles customer, KYC, onboarding, and reference data for migration initiatives. Develops source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, validation criteria, and technical documentation. Validates ETL pipelines, executes testing and reconciliation, identifies anomalies, and supports data cleansing and issue resolution.
