Present status updates, manage escalations, maintain documentation, and drive timely delivery across multiple workstreams and critical phases including UAT, cutover, payroll parallel runs, and go-live.

Lead SAP SD/MM consulting engagements, including full-cycle implementation, customization, configuration, requirements analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, integrations, deployment, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with clients, business users, development teams, and business partners. Prepare functional specifications, develop custom reports and enhancements, stabilize solutions, support training, and contribute to continuous improvement across global enterprise transformation projects.

Develop and support agentic AI and RPA solutions across client engagements. Responsibilities include process analysis, workflow and agent design, API and system integration, testing, documentation, prompt evaluation, incident resolution, and performance optimization. The role translates business requirements into scalable automation solutions, supports UiPath and other RPA platforms, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Travel of 50% or more may be required.
