Use dashboards, BI tools, and AI to identify risks and trends, communicate insights, and improve client outcomes. The role is full-time and in-office in Longmont, Colorado, with infrequent travel.

Provides customer support for international process-serving orders by entering and monitoring orders, coordinating with international process servers, responding to tickets and calls, managing email communications, processing payments and documents, preparing service returns, and resolving discrepancies. The role requires accurate data entry, strong document handling, composure under pressure, and effective prioritization in an onsite, technology-driven environment.

Reviews attorney hearing reports for accuracy, investigates performance issues and complaints, manages failure-to-appear and compliance cases, monitors attorney training systems, and provides support through calls, chats, tickets, and email. The role also delivers platform training, identifies process improvements, documents resolutions, and follows up with clients when issues affect them.
