Manage day-to-day real estate accounting including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, property tax and mortgage-related accounting, ensure compliance with ASC 842 and internal controls, and support accurate financial reporting. Part-time role (15–20 hours/week) requiring independent work and strong communication.

Generate new B2B sales for large-format printing and visual communications across A/E/C, retail, advertising, and manufacturing. Prospect, cold call, present wide-format print solutions, manage full sales cycle, maintain pipeline and reporting, and coordinate with production to deliver projects while representing the company at industry events.

Manage an onsite print production facility: oversee daily operations and staff, ensure on-time high-quality print deliverables, handle billing and equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and support client relationships.
