Manage multiple concurrent client onboarding and integration projects from requirements through completion. Serve as the primary customer contact, oversee scope, schedules, risks, deliverables, training, reporting, issue resolution, and project documentation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support pre-sales, identify upsell opportunities, maintain CRM records, advocate for product improvements, and transition completed projects to Customer Success. Provide client training, executive updates, and ongoing guidance while ensuring solutions meet customer business needs.

Build and lead ABC Fitness’s GTM enablement function, establishing its strategy, governance, content standards, learning architecture, tools, team, and performance metrics. Create role-based enablement for Sales and Client Experience, improve sales processes and customer lifecycle execution, and deploy scalable CMS/LMS programs. Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to translate product strategy into field-ready messaging, training, coaching, and playbooks. Use AI-enabled tools and outcome-based reporting to improve ramp time, adoption, win rates, retention, expansion, and productivity.

Lead and scale a high-performing SMB sales organization for a vertical SaaS product. Own full-funnel revenue, pipeline generation, forecasting, hiring, coaching, comp design, CRM hygiene, and cross-functional execution to drive predictable, fast-cycle growth and team development.
