Manage cross-functional strategic projects by developing plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, deliverables, and ownership. Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, and Operations; facilitate meetings; maintain status reporting and documentation; escalate blockers; and improve project-management processes through standardized practices and automation.

Leads global product-led growth and growth marketing across multiple products, owning MRR, acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, expansion, forecasting, and performance analytics. Directs paid and organic channels, CRO, lifecycle marketing, SEO, AI-enabled growth, experimentation, vendor governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success. Builds and develops a high-performing growth organization while establishing scalable operating systems and executive reporting.

Develops and optimizes backend functionality using C#, .NET, SQL, Angular, WebAPI, and Git. Participates in project design, software quality initiatives, requirements analysis, and internal customer consultations. Identifies processes for collecting, organizing, analyzing, sharing, and monitoring information, while suggesting relevant technical solutions. Requires six months to one year of backend experience and a completed degree in a related field.
