Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data supporting analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. Build data models, integrations, and quality controls; ensure reliable, secure, governed data across systems. Partner with AI engineers, product owners, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and support metadata, lineage, and documentation practices.

Serve as the technical bridge between ABBYY’s intelligent document processing platform and enterprise customers. Lead value discovery, architecture and workflow assessments, solution guidance, technical enablement, troubleshooting, adoption monitoring, and renewal-risk identification. Manage concurrent customer engagements, coordinate technical milestones, escalate issues to engineering, provide product feedback, and support customer references. The role requires SaaS, integration, API, scripting, automation, and strong customer communication experience.

Generate qualified B2B sales opportunities by following up inbound leads and targeted outreach. Conduct account research, org-chart identification, and high-volume outbound prospecting. Collaborate with Account Executives on campaign tactics, maintain CRM records, and support field marketing events.
