Develop and validate machine learning models for digital pathology, including segmentation, object detection, classification, and deep learning. Curate pathology datasets, build preprocessing and deployment pipelines, and apply AI to histopathology and spatial omics data. Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, statisticians, and engineers to identify biomarkers and support precision medicine, patient stratification, and companion diagnostic efforts.
