Identify and pursue construction opportunities across Northeast Florida, build relationships with public and institutional clients and industry partners, manage the sales pipeline, and lead RFQ/RFP pursuit strategies. Coordinate proposals, presentations, and interviews with internal teams, maintain opportunity data in Salesforce, develop regional growth strategies, and represent the company at networking and industry events.

Manages accounting for active construction projects, including project setup, job cost tracking, invoices, change orders, lien waivers, subcontractor payments, owner billings, compliance documentation, and financial record maintenance. Collaborates with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve outstanding items and maintain accurate project records.

Coordinates capture planning and proposal development for an AEC construction company. Responsibilities include pursuit team coordination, proposal messaging, formatting, proofreading, editing, compliance reviews, research, marketing collateral development, and maintaining qualifications, project descriptions, and resumes. The role requires strong persuasive writing, page layout, presentation planning, Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency, and preferably AEC industry experience.
