Owns enterprise AI assistant platforms, including administration, access, licensing, support, adoption, reporting, cost management, release evaluation, and governance coordination. The role manages platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT Enterprise; evaluates connectors, plug-ins, and agents; develops training and documentation; supports identity integration; and partners with cybersecurity, legal, procurement, finance, and vendors to ensure secure, controlled, and effective enterprise adoption.

Leads functional ownership and strategic evolution of Oracle Fusion HCM talent and employee experience modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement. Partners with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, manage integrations and data quality, support testing and releases, resolve complex issues, and improve candidate and employee journeys. Guides AI-enabled HCM adoption, reporting, compliance, user adoption, and international HR processes.

Coordinate and oversee mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across complex data centre projects. Responsibilities include design coordination, technical reviews, site inspections, contractor and supplier coordination, risk and issue resolution, commissioning support, quality and safety monitoring, and final handover documentation. The role requires multidisciplinary project delivery experience, strong MEP knowledge, and familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure, BIM coordination, and data centre resilience requirements.
