Provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support throughout construction project planning, budgeting, bidding, and design phases. Maintains vendor, subcontractor, and project documentation records; coordinates bid invitations, meetings, and action items; organizes estimating materials; prepares reports and presentations; and supports subcontractor prequalification and trade partner selection. Works closely with estimators, executives, architects, owners, suppliers, and subcontractors in an in-office commercial construction environment.

Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, support, roadmap, release management, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Partners with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve employee experience, maintain data quality, manage integrations and vendors, evaluate AI capabilities, and ensure reliable application delivery. Leads and develops the Oracle HCM team while overseeing enhancements, testing, controls, analytics, and enterprise platform adoption.

Leads the life sciences construction business, overseeing multiple R&D and cGMP projects, project teams, financial performance, staffing, client relationships, risk management, and business growth. Provides executive oversight of scheduling, procurement, quality, safety, cost, and project execution while mentoring project leaders, supporting field operations, developing talent, and resolving high-level issues.
