Lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project personnel, field teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, performance, quality, safety, and risk. Serve as the primary representative to owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time, within budget, and according to contract requirements.

Coordinates VDC and BIM processes across design and construction projects, with emphasis on MEP/FP integration, clash detection, resolution, BIM Execution Plans, RFIs, model updates, site validation, logistics planning, and QA/QC documentation. Facilitates coordination among field teams, designers, owners, and subcontractors; leads meetings, tracks issues in Autodesk Construction Cloud, submits sign-offs, and supports internal VDC training.

Greets and directs visitors, manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages, opens and closes corporate offices, coordinates express shipments, maintains office supplies, programs phone extensions, prepares clerical listings and correspondence, and supports office events. The role requires professional communication, customer service, multitasking, organization, light clerical skills, operation of office equipment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and typing at 40 words per minute.
