Maintains employment-law compliance, supports disciplinary processes, administers HR programs, responds to employee inquiries, and collaborates with department managers. Requires a bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to use HRIS and talent management systems.
